I agree with you 100% on the need to train your employees no matter how much &quot;experience&quot; they bring in with them. Every company has their own ways of doing things and managing people and this needs to be trained to all new employees. I think to often companies do look at the &quot;build vs. buy&quot; analysis as a either or, not a both. Call me crazy but I prefer the &quot;Buy then Build&quot; method, if there is such a thing.
