One of the biggest red flags, in my experience, is interviewing with a company who does not get specific about what exactly is expected of me, and what exactly is the compensation structure. Whenever I hear a hiring manager say, &quot;If you work real hard, you could make &quot;X&quot; amount of income&quot; I want to walk away. It reminds me of the carrot and stick analogy.</description>

		<description>It will definitely make a difference,  most of the interviewer would like to hire a simple normal guy instead of hiring a rock star or in your case a biker. Do not mix your hobbies with your profession. first impression is very very important especially when you attend an interview, so better be prepared mentally and physical.</description>
