Which area do companies spend the majority of their recruitment sourcing dollars?
General Job Boards
General Job Boards have replaced newspapers as a company's first stop when looking to hire a new employee. Companies surveyed said that 27% of their recruitment advertising and attraction budget was spent on General Job Boards.
The second largest amount, 15%, was spent on their own corporate website.
Newspapers, once the top choice, now only account for 9% of an organization's sourcing budget.
